Xbox and such

Hey everyone, this is Mike, though I doubt that many of you remember me besides Stan and Joe, and maybe that weird kid with the red hair possibly.

So how do you think things would go as far as hooking Xbox's up the the UofM network and getting some mad HALO games goin'? yes? no? could work?

The problem would be getting multiple TVs and XBoxes. Â*I have a TV card for my 19" monitor, and that's worked fine for my Gamecube and PSX. 4 people on it shouldn't be much of a problem. The only thing is that because the TV card running at 24 frames per second for TV (regular TV frame rate), motion gets a little blurred. It's still very usable though.

There're probably a few people bringing XBoxes, with nearly 60 residential I don't think that's too unreasonable, so we'll see. Â*It would be cool though Â*http://campcaen.engin.umich.edu/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Not sure about how XBoxes get networked. Maybe just running cat-5 down the hall (with Stan/Joe's permission, of course) would be your best bet there http://campcaen.engin.umich.edu/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
