well, as of the 21st, it's raining buckets. there have been flash flood warnings, and it doesnt look too good.
What do you do on rainy days? do you sit around and play videogames? or do you keep working on your LAWC? (Local Area Weather Changer)

The former. If I had something that could change weather, it would be raining meteors now that killed people and exploded in chocolate shrapnel, and everyone loves chocolate!!!

If it rains, the day's events are largely unchanged, since classes occur inside buildings that happen to have ceilings. :) Evening events for residential students may be cancelled, and the residential students might get soaked with the trek back to Baits, but beyond that, nothing really changes. Bring an umbrella, if you so desire (it's probably a good idea).

i'd change the weather so it would be raining
and thundering
and hailing
and lightning (ing?)
and snowing
and cold
so i could stay inside and play my Playstation 2...

It's possible, it's called sleet. I wouldn't like to change the waether, I think it's fine how it is, and if I don't like it I convince myself that the current weather is at least OK. I do wish I brought an umbrella though.
