3 week 3rd session

It looks like campers will be able to stay an additional 3rd week this summer during the 3rd session. This was an idea the staff came up with last summer. We figured that students would be able to take more advanced classes and just get more involved with the material with an additional third week.
I was just wondering what returning campers/cits/staff members think of a 3 week long session at the end of the summer.

Sounds good. I know this came up before for CC2005 - if this is possible financially, it sounds like an awesome plan.

While I think it'd be great to have an extra week, from a camper's POV, I think it might be hard to commit to it, especially parents. Spending around $1600 is already not a parent's favorite thing to do, and tacking on an extra $400 might be difficult.

Would this mean dropping the one-week Fourth Session? How popular is Fourth Session that people wouldn't miss it?

Personally, I think I'd like it. Of course, that might change after the month and half of being there.

I think it is a pretty cool idea. We might need some extra sleep-in days to make up even more lost sleep. No, going to bed earlier just really isn't going to happen.

Money isn't too much of an issue luckily. As long as i don't have to "work a job this summer" (said dad) then im goin 3rd session for sure.
