Well, after reading through all the posts over the past few weeks, i keep on hearing people talk about all these cool things that they can do non-computerwise. Well, if we have a lot of people interested, it may be possible to put on a talent show of sorts where people just perform. The only real requirement is that you are entertaining and are within camp policies (sorry, no wet tshirt contests for those under 18).

Some ideas include:
- musical performances
- singing (or in my case, lip-syncing and dancing around like a mad fool)
- skateboarding (if we can find a place where it is not illegal, of course, then again would be hard to pull off)
- stand-up comedy
- singing native american tribal chants backward through a vocoder
- ability to balance random stuff on your forehead
- making sound effects with various g-rated body parts
- etc

I am sure you can think of more stuff. Anyway, give me feedback and if you think it is a good idea or completely lame. Or just post random stuff and this thread can get completely off topic, up to you. hehe.

Does TC really count as a performance art? I think not...

I saw you on TC before, gpezek!

I was guest something. I always go there and just talk to/annoy the coders http://campcaen.engin.umich.edu/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

has there been any question of my lack of sanity before? (think of all the things you remember me for...) but all in all the general rule of thumb is to not get me bored, that is when the scary stuff happens. "All sharp blade left dull cuts funny" but seriously, my involvement with reality behind, do people think this is a good idea or not? bah, i will just put up a poll somewhere...

I say that we do it

The "lip-syncing and dancing around like a mad fool" should be quite entertaining
