Ok here is the deal. I started playing Everquest in October and I'm Ubah hooked to the game, it's one of the many Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing games out there and my personal favorite, I've tried acouple anyway, I was wondering if any campers, cits, or staff out there play it, if so what class/level and server do you play on. It will be good info for late night playing hehe.

Nahh. Not my cup of tea. Warcraft3 and Counterstrike are taking up my time lately.

Exactly. Â*There's a reason they call it crack.
I never started Evercrack and don't plan to, I didn't want to get hooked (and have to pay a monthly fee).

I also avoid evercrack and the like, my gpa can't afford me to get hooked on those games. I'm currently lucky my hd space is low, otherwise i'd spend all my time playing Warcraft3 and Jedi Knights 2 (i had to remove all games form my system). Sigh....such is life.

Yeah, GPA too... Â*I had Final Fantasy X going this year, and I think my GPA suffered... can't be sure though, could have also been any number of other things...
also this post was completely unneeded, but i'm trying to catch up with greg.

Pretty decked out in gear, almost Full Nature Walker's Armor, Druid Epic Weapon, 11k or so in the bank. Got a nice Necromancer alt going with some twink gear on him.

Got a nice Escapamizer ctrl going with some dwink metal gear solid on him.

Anyone hear of Planetside? From the makers of Everquest, the first massively-multiplayer first person shooter, Planetside, will be coming out in 2003. It'll be awesome :-D

Yep, theres been 5 or 6 suicides over EQ lately. Mostly people who get so into it that they lose their real life, then wake up to find it gone and don't know what to do.

Well you know Everquest is'nt the only game that kills. I read this one article of these Korean kids playing Counterstrike in this Internet Cafe. One kid knifed another kid in counterstrike which really P.O'ed the other kid so he jumped outa his chair and stabbed the kid 3 times in the back. it was crazy. *shrug* I guess I really did'nt tell that story good but oh well if you read the CNN article it was much better.

Actually from what I heard, that wasn't a CS thing, it was a Korean MMORPG... I think it's the MMORPG genre that kills.

Actually, someone in Korea (or maybe it was Taiwan) did die while playing CS at an internet cafe. The poor sap was playing for about 12 hours straight, and suffered a heart attack. So try not to overdue it during your sleep times.

I play Evercrack almost religiously, I have a lvl 46 Shadow Knight on the Luclin server. Also a lvl 31 Wizard on the same. Both are members of the Guild Thousand Suns.
